I address those aspects of disease that interfere with your normal routine of living, as well as the emotional aspects experienced by patient, caregiver and family members.
What is the fee?
The fee is $150 per session for individual, couples or family therapy regardless of the number of persons attending. There is a missed session fee if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the session. Payment is due on the day of service.
Are telephone counseling sessions available?
Most definitely, yes! The nature of medical support counseling often calls for urgent attention. Phone contact provides the optimum and most convenient help to clients at these critical times.
How long do sessions last?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
How often are sessions scheduled?
You may schedule the session frequency in a manner that fits your needs. However, many clients will attend weekly appointments until they see an improvement in their situation, and then may decrease the frequency.
Do you take health insurance?
Not at this time.
What are the office hours?
I try to accommodate your schedule by offering some evening and weekend hours in addition to normal business hours. Sessions are by appointment only.
Do you prescribe medications if they are needed?
No. I am not a medical doctor and do not have prescription privileges. I will, however, make appropriate referrals.
